1. Who publishes this site

2. How this site is funded
This site is free to read and is funded by affiliate commission. Some of the providers listed pay us when a reader signs up or buys through a link here, and the outbound link carries an identifier so that the result can be matched to the click that produced it.
It costs the reader nothing. The price is the same whether you arrive through this site or go to the provider directly, and we are not paid for a page view or for a click that goes nowhere.
We also buy advertising on search engines, so some readers arrive from an advertisement rather than from a search result. That decides how a reader finds the page; it does not decide what is on it.
3. What commission does and does not affect
Commission can influence which providers we list and the order in which they appear. It does not buy a score, a badge or a review. Where an entry earns us nothing, its link is a plain link to the provider's own site.
No advertiser is shown a review before it is published, and no advertiser has the right to change one. We do not accept payment for a specific score, for a favourable review, or for the removal of an unfavourable one.
4. How paid links are marked
The disclosure is placed above every list, before the first entry, rather than in a footer, so that it is met before the ordering it applies to. Outbound links carry the attributes appropriate to a commercial link, and a link that earns us nothing is not dressed up as one that does.
5. What a score means
A score out of ten reflects our own assessment of an entry against the same criteria: what the first experience is like, what it costs once a reader is committed, and how well it works on the equipment most people have. Where we have first-hand experience of something we draw on it; where we do not, the assessment rests on the provider's own published information and on other publicly available sources.
A score is editorial opinion. It is not a certification, a guarantee, financial or professional advice, or a recommendation to spend money, and no part of this site should be read as one.
6. When entries change
An entry comes off a list when what it offers gets materially worse, when the cost of using it changes in a way the entry no longer reflects, or when it stops being available. Lists are reviewed monthly, and sooner when something material changes.
7. Accuracy and liability
Providers change things without telling us. Prices, offers, features, availability and terms are set by the provider and can change at any time, and an entry can be out of date between checks. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of a third-party product or website reached from here. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Third-party services and intellectual property
Links lead to services operated by third parties. We do not control them, we are not a party to any agreement you make with them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply from the moment you arrive.
The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us. Names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used to identify what is being discussed. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any of them is claimed.
9. Age and applicable law
This site is not intended for children under 13. Where something listed here carries an age rating or a legal restriction, that rating is set by its provider and not by us, and it is your own responsibility to meet the conditions that apply where you live. The law of Montenegro governs this notice and the courts of Podgorica have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your own country of residence.
